
Lehigh Swimming and Diving Heads to Bucknell for Saturday Meet

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh men's and women's swimming and diving teams conclude their Patriot League dual meet schedule on Saturday with a trip to Bucknell University. Events from Kinney Natatorium are slated to begin at 1 p.m. Live results of the meet will be available at bucknellbison.com.
The Lehigh men own a 4-3 record on the season with a Patriot League record of 2-2. The Mountain Hawks split a weekend road trip two weeks ago with a loss at Army West Point and victory at NJIT to improve their road record to 3-2 on the season.
The Mountain Hawk women have compiled a record of 4-2 on the season with a mark of 2-2 against league competition. The women are coming off a loss at Army West Point two weeks ago as they now sit at 2-2 in road meets this season.
The Bucknell men enter Saturday's matchup with an overall record 3-5 and a 3-3 record against Patriot League opponents. The Bison men are coming off a home stand split last weekend with a win over Loyola and a loss to Army as they now sit at 1-2 in home meets this season.

Lehigh senior Jamal Willis owns the fastest time in the Patriot League this season in the 50 freestyle with a time of 20.33, which he set at the 2016 AT&T Winter National Championships. Fellow senior Jacob Moyar owns the league's top mark in the 100 IM at 52.39, which he set at Lafayette.
Bucknell has multiple swimmers on both the men's and women's teams with top Patriot League marks and NCAA B-Cut times. Christopher Devlin ranks first in 200 backstroke an NCAA B-Cut time of 1:45.01. Louis Behnen ranks second in the Patriot League in the 1650 freestyle with an NCAA B-Cut time of 15:28.53 and also ranks second in the 500 freestyle with a time of 4:27.89. Chadd Cummings and Matthew McGoey own the top two spots in the Patriot League in the 50 breaststroke with times of 26.99 and 27.79 respectively.
For the Bucknell women, Elizabeth O'Hare ranks first in the league in the 50 breaststroke with a time of 30.81. Emma Hadley owns the top time in the 50 butterfly with a mark of 27.40 and her teammate Mary Weinstein ranks second with a time of 27.74. Julie Byrne sits second in 200 backstroke with an NCAA B-Cut time of 1:58.74 and also ranks second in the 100 backstroke with a time of 55.34
