Schwartz Announces Spring 2026 Men's Tennis Schedule

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Howard Talmud '77 men's tennis head coach Craig Schwartz announced the Mountain Hawks' 2026 spring schedule on Wednesday afternoon. Lehigh will look to build momentum from a competitive fall with a spring slate that features a strong mix of non-conference opponents and key Patriot League matchups, culminating in the Patriot League Championships in Bethlehem.
Lehigh opens its spring campaign at home on January 31 against Rider at the Lewis Indoor Tennis Center.
The Mountain Hawks continue non-league play with a home match against Temple on February 11, followed by a road contest at Sacred Heart on February 14 and a trip to Saint Joseph's on February 20. Lehigh returns home on February 21 to host Saint Francis, then heads to Princeton on February 22. The month concludes with home matches against FDU (Feb. 25) and Hofstra (Feb. 28).
March begins with a road match at Monmouth on March 1 and another away test at Penn State on March 7 before Lehigh welcomes Mount St. Mary's back to Bethlehem on March 8. The Mountain Hawks then embark on a spring break trip to Wilmington, N.C., where they face Kennesaw State (Mar. 10), UNC Wilmington (Mar. 11) and William & Mary (Mar. 13).
Patriot League play gets underway when Lehigh hosts Navy on March 28 and Colgate on March 29. The Mountain Hawks will then hit the road for matches at Loyola Maryland on April 3 and Villanova on April 8. Lehigh's final road matches take place in West Point, N.Y. against Army (Apr. 10) and a neutral site match against Boston University (Apr. 11). The regular season concludes for Lehigh with home Patriot League matchups against rival Lafayette (Apr. 14) and Bucknell (Apr. 18).
Lehigh will host the 2026 Patriot League Championships beginning April 23 at the Lewis Indoor Tennis Center/Ulrich Varsity Tennis Courts, giving the Mountain Hawks the opportunity to compete for a league title on their home courts.
