Mountain Hawks Look to Bounce Back Versus Boston University

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Lehigh women's soccer team is looking for its first league win on Sunday as the Mountain Hawks host Boston University at 2 p.m. at the Ulrich Sports Complex.

Lehigh (3-3-3) was edged by Lafayette 1-0 on Wednesday night in Easton. The Leopards' Sara Oswald netted the lone goal. Junior Hope Flanegin led the Mountain Hawks with two shots.

Fifth-year Ryelle Shuey leads Lehigh with three goals, while junior Faith Dobosiewicz contributes two goals and three assists. First-year Aminah Baruwa has netted two goals in her rookie campaign. Sophomore goalkeeper Maggie Ousoulogjou has played in eight games and records a 0.805 save percentage.

Boston University leads the all-time series 7-1-2, most recently defeating Lehigh 1-0 on October 1, 2022. The Terriers are 4-4-2 (1-1 PL), dropping a 1-0 contest to Loyola on September 15 and earning a 2-0 win over Colgate on Sept. 20. Sophomore Giulianna Gianino leads offensively with two goals and three assists. Fellow sophomores Natalie Godoy and Mackenzie Stickelman also tally two goals apiece.
