BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Lehigh women's lacrosse team will hit the road for the final road game of the regular season when the Mountain Hawks travel to Worcester, Mass., Saturday for a 1 p.m. game against the Crusaders. Saturday's game will be streamed on ESPN+.

Lehigh can clinch a home Patriot League quarterfinal game with a win against Holy Cross. The Mountain Hawks are 9-5 (4-3 PL), and the Crusaders are 6-9 (3-4PL). Lehigh sits in fourth place in the Patriot League, and Holy Cross is right behind Lehigh in fifth place. A win Saturday would give Lehigh a two-game cushion over the bottom six teams in the league heading into the regular season finale.

The Mountain Hawks have won three straight Patriot League games after falling to three straight league opponents, who are all ranked. Lehigh defeated Boston University 13-9 on Saturday night in its most recent action.

Junior goalkeeper Hayley Hunt had 10 saves and  earned Patriot League honorable mention honors on Monday after her performance. She also picked up five ground balls.

Junior attacker Olivia Memeger also was named a Patriot League honorable mention on Monday after she had five points (3G, 2A). This marked the second straight game she has scored five points.

Memeger is averaging 4.07 points and ranks sixth in the Patriot League in points per game. Gabby Schneider is fifth in the league in points. The senior attacker is averaging 4.14 points per game.

Senior midfielder Cassie Marte needs 10 more draw controls to tie Lehigh's single season record (86), held by Kayleen Keely '18.

Holy Cross defeated Colgate 13-7 on April 19. The Crusaders held the Raiders scoreless for the final seven minutes after Colgate cut the deficit to two.

Lauren Drillock leads the way for Holy Cross by a big margin. She has scored 50 points this season, while no one else on the team has more than 32.

Lehigh is averaging 12.29 goals per game, and Holy Cross is averaging 11.40 goals per game.

The Mountain Hawks are 21-10 all-time against the Crusaders. Lehigh defeated Holy Cross 12-4 at home last year.

Following Saturday's game, Lehigh will host Colgate in the regular season finale April 27 at 6 p.m. at the Ulrich Sports Complex.
