BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh men's tennis team will play its first true road match of the season on Sunday when the Mountain Hawks travel to Colgate in Patriot League action. The match is set for a 6 p.m. start from Drumlins Country Club in Syracuse, N.Y.

Lehigh opened Patriot League play with a dominant 7-0 shutout of Loyola last Saturday, which moved the Mountain Hawks to 7-0 overall. The Mountain Hawks won all three doubles matches and all six singles matches in the league-opening victory. Junior Jordan Paul delivered the match-clinching win at No. 3 singles, while sophomore Marc Blekhman moved up to the No. 2 singles spot to pick up a victory and also moved up to No. 1 doubles with Sean Jaeger to earn a win in that flight.

Blekhman is up to 11-2 in singles action. He and Jaeger are 4-2 in doubles play together. Paul leads Lehigh with eight doubles wins, playing primarily with senior Jeremy Learner.

Colgate is 2-11 overall and is coming off a 4-3 win over Holy Cross last Saturday. The Raiders will host Lafayette on Saturday before the Mountain Hawks visit Sunday evening.

Lehigh has won the last four meetings in the series, including a 6-1 victory last March inside the Lewis Tennis Center.

The Mountain Hawks will play two matches next weekend as Lehigh will visit Navy in Patriot League action on April 1 before returning home to host Villanova on April 2.
