Lehigh Men Have Strong Showing Against Rider

RESULTS
BETHLEHEM, Pa – The Lehigh men's swimming and diving team had a number of superb individual performances in 157-127 loss to Rider at home on Saturday at Jacobs Pool. The Mountain Hawks totaled four individual wins and one relay victory on the day.
Walker Wilson found continued success in his first collegiate season as he won the 1000 freestyle with a time of 9:44.27 and placed second in the 500 freestyle.
Jacob Moyar had another solid outing with a first place finish in the 500 freestyle with winning time of 4:43.16 and placed second in the 200 freestyle.
Jamal Willis captured the top spot in the 50 freestyle with a time of 21.00. Croldy Veliz placed first in the 1 meter diving competition with a score of 204.74.
Tyler Christ recorded a pair of second place finishes in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:00.04 and 200 breaststroke at a pace of 2:16.05. Justin Kostelnik also had two runner up finishes, competing in the 200 butterfly with a time of 1:55.72 and 200 IM in a time of 1:58.43. Zach Tieke captured a second place finish in the 100 freestyle with a time of 46.44.
Tieke, Moyar, White and Willis teamed up to win the 400 freestyle relay with time of 3:04.76.
The Mountain Hawks will return to the water on November 5 at 1 p.m. in a Patriot League dual meet on the road at Loyola.
