Lehigh loses 7-0 to Midshipmen

Annapolis, MD – Lehigh suffered its eighth loss of the season and fell to 0-3 in the Patriot League with a 7-0 loss to Navy on Saturday afternoon at the Naval Academy. The Mountain Hawks failed to win a single set in the match and Navy won its third consecutive League match by a 7-0 score. Ty Esler and Matt Dankner each lost their second set by 6-4 scores but could not find a way to grab the set at number two and three respectively. Lehigh was also unable to record in a win in any of the doubles matches. The Mountain Hawks lost two 8-5 and one by an 8-3 score. Lehigh returns to action on Monday when it takes on archrival Lafayette in Easton. If the weather is not suitable for outdoor play, the match will be moved to the Lewis Tennis Center on the Lehigh campus, as the match has already been canceled twice. Singles
