Lehigh returns to action vs. No. 22 Harvard

Following its bye week, Lehigh returns to action on Saturday afternoon, welcoming the No. 22/21 Crimson of Harvard to town on Volunteer Day. The Mountain Hawks, who are looking to snap a three-game losing streak at home, were last in action on September 16 when they dropped a tough 14-10 decision to the Princeton Tigers at Goodman Stadium. Harvard meanwhile, comes into this weekend’s game sporting a 2-0 record following a 38-21 victory over Brown in
Lehigh’s three-game losing streak at Goodman Stadium is its longest since the 1996 season. That year, the Mountain Hawks dropped four straight contests, and in 1997, Lehigh fell in its home opener, stretching the streak to five, which remains the longest in the stadium’s 19-year history. Since it opened in 1988, Lehigh has lost three or more straight games at Goodman only three times.
Lehigh has not allowed 40 points in a game since a playoff loss at
