Mountain Hawks to face Division I-A UConn

For the third straight week, Lehigh takes on a non-league opponent as the No. 24 Mountain Hawks travel to East Hartford, Connecticut to take on Division I-A UConn. Lehigh (3-1) looks to rebound from last week’s tough 31-24 loss to nationally ranked Penn, while the Huskies are coming off a loss at Big East power Virginia Tech.
The Mountain Hawks lead the all-time series between these two teams, but Saturday marks the first meeting since the Huskies became a Division I-A team.
Saturday’s kickoff is scheduled for just after noon, and fans can see the action live on WFMZ-TV and Fox Sports Net Pittsburgh (DirecTV channel 628). The game can also be heard in the Lehigh Valley on Oldies 1470 (WKAP-AM) and worldwide on the Lehigh web site.
