Jordan Williams joins the Lehigh coaching staff after playing for the Colgate Women’s Tennis team throughout her four years. For most of her Colgate career, Williams played two and three singles and moved to number one doubles after her freshman season. Williams led the team as captain during her junior and senior seasons, helping the Raiders achieve a much improved 7-2 record during her senior year. In addition to her commitment to the tennis team, Williams was a member of the student government association and Colgate greek life as well as worked with Colgate Career Services and Athletic Communications. Williams has spent the past 7 summers coaching tennis in the DC area including 3 summers with the Nike tennis camp held at Colgate.
After graduating from Colgate in May 2020 with a double major in English and Environmental Studies, Williams returned home to Fort Washington, Maryland where she spent the summer teaching tennis before working with USTA Player Services at the US Open in New York. In addition to joining Lehigh’s community as a coach, she will be earning her Master’s in Environmental Policy as well.
