Mountain Hawks Home For Presbyterian Friday, Visit SHU Sunday

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh women's wrestling will close out the dual meet season with two matches this weekend. The Mountain Hawks are back inside Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall Friday night to host Presbyterian at 7 p.m. The dual will mark Lehigh's Senior Night with senior student-athletes Annika Futch, Hajra Khatana and Victoria Swider recognized prior to the match.
On Sunday, Lehigh will wrap-up dual meet competition with a 12 p.m. dual at Sacred Heart.

Lehigh is 14-1 in duals this season, most recently splitting a tri-meet at Iowa with a win over Otterbein and a loss to the host Hawkeyes on Jan. 18. Last weekend Lehigh competed at the Pennsylvania Collegiate State Championships at ESU, where the Mountain Hawks finished third as a team, led by Abbi Cooper's individual title at 117.
Presbyterian is 17-3 in duals this season. The Blue Hose are one of six Division I schools to sponsor women's wrestling and were the first to add the sport. Presbyterian's trip to the Georgia Open was canceled last weekend with its last action coming in a 42-6 win over McMurray on Jan. 18.
On Sunday, Lehigh heads to Sacred Heart for a noon match that will be streamed on Pioneers+ on the Sacred Heart website. Sacred Heart is 15-4 with wins over Elmira and Gannon last weekend in Albany, N.Y.
Lehigh and Sacred Heart met on Nov. 23 with the Mountain Hawks winning 31-12 at the Warrior Duals at East Stroudsburg.
Following this weekend's action, Lehigh will close out the regular season with athletes at the Grand View Open, Feb. 7 in Des Moines, Iowa.
The postseason begins with a regional meet in West Liberty, W. Va., Feb. 21-22.
The 2025-26 Lehigh wrestling season is presented by the Historic Hotel Bethlehem.
