Lehigh’s Homestand Continues With Old Dominion In Lacrosse Double-Header

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Coming off a 15-9 win over Wofford last Sunday, the Lehigh women's lacrosse team returns home on Saturday to play host to Old Dominion at Ulrich Sports Complex. The women's game is the second half of the lacrosse double header with opening draw set for 2 p.m., following the men's matchup with Villanova at 11 a.m.
Lehigh (2-1) looks to continue its momentum from last weekend's team scoring effort, highlighted by first-year Molly Snow's first Patriot League Rookie of the Week honors announced by the league on Monday. Graduate student Emma Eberhardt led the Mountain Hawks offensively with five goals and two assists while Snow contributed four goals and two assists in a 15-9 win over Wofford.
Old Dominion's record is 2-3, coming into Saturday's game on a two-game winning streak with back-to–back wins over VCU (8-7) and Longwood (11-7). The Monarchs' offense is led by Lily Siskind (9 goals, 3 assists) and Sydney Taylor (9 goals, 2 assists).
The all-time series is knotted up at 2-2, with the most recent meeting dating back to 1993 when the Monarchs edged the Mountain Hawks 11-9.
