BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Mountain Hawks saw their three-match win streak come to an end in a 4-1 loss to Patriot League leader Army West Point on at home Sunday. The Black Knights improve to 6-0 in the league and 18-9 overall, while Lehigh falls to 5-11 and 3-2 in league play.

Army began the dual by claiming victories at all three doubles matches. George Cooper and Graham Lehman were handed their first defeat in league play as they are now 4-1 after falling, 6-4, at the first flight.

The Black Knights rolled to two-set victories at each of the top two singles flights to take a commanding 3-0 lead. Colin Nardella put Lehigh on the board and prevented an Army sweep with a victory at fifth singles. His 6-4, 6-1 victory over Myles Conlin improves his record to 6-8 overall and 3-1 in the league.

Lehigh picked up set victories by Jack Martin-Dyer and Ethan Bogard, but Army won matches at the fourth and fifth spots to shutout Lehigh.
