Lehigh lands five on women's tennis Academic Honor Roll

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh women's tennis team was well represented, with five of the eight players on the Mountain Hawks' roster earning a spot on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, which was announced Tuesday. Sophomore Jill Sloand was one of four Patriot League women's tennis student-athletes to achieve a perfect 4.0 grade point average in the spring semester.
Also named to the Academic Honor Roll from the women's tennis team were junior Taylor Hampshire, sophomore Molly Brooks, and freshman Alexandra Kaminetsky.
A total of 42 student-athletes were named to the women's tennis Academic Honor Roll, led by Jamila Paul of Army, who was voted Scholar-Athlete of the Year in May.
To be eligible for the spring Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and participate in one of the Patriot League's winter or spring fall championship sports.
