Lehigh to open spring season Monday at Quaker Invitational

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh men's golf team will play in its first tournament of the spring season on Monday as the Mountain Hawks will compete in the Quaker Invitational hosted by Penn at the Trump National Philadelphia in Pine Hill, N.J. The 15-team field will play 18 holes Monday morning followed by a second round in the afternoon.
The event marks the first of five spring tournaments for the Mountain Hawks, culminating in the Patriot League Championships, April 28-29 in Lewisburg, Pa.
The Trump National Course Philadelphia is a par-71 that plays at 7,370 yards from the championship tees.
Lehigh is the lone Patriot League team in the field of 15. The Mountain Hawks are joined by Fordham, Franklin & Marshall, George Washington, Hofstra, IUPUI, Iona, Monmouth, Princeton, Rider, Rutgers, St. Francis (N.Y.), Saint Francis (Pa.), Saint Peter's and the host Penn Quakers.
