BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Two members of the Lehigh men's golf team were named to All-Patriot League teams announced Wednesday. Senior Jake Roth was selected to the first team while first-year Ryan Cronin landed on the second team.
Â
In a change from previous years, the All-Patriot League teams and major awards were voted on by the league's head coaches after the season, rather than being determined by performance at the Patriot League Championship.
Â
Roth earns All-Patriot League honors for the second consecutive season after landing on the second team as a junior. He played in eight of Lehigh's 10 tournaments in 2025-26, leading the Mountain Hawks with a 73.714 scoring average. Roth was Lehigh's No. 1 or No. 2 finisher in seven of those eight tournaments, highlighted by a runner-up finish at the Temple Invitational in September. He also tied for sixth at the Matthews Auto Intercollegiate in October. Roth tied for 32nd at the Patriot League Championship.
Â
Cronin is coming off an outstanding performance at the Patriot League Championship where he held the 36 hole lead, ultimately tying for third place. He held a 74.26 scoring average and led Lehigh in two tournaments. In the fall, Cronin shared medalist honors at the Lehigh Invitational and finished second to teammate Noah Zyung at Colgate's Alex Lagowitz Memorial. In addition to his Patriot League Championship performance, Cronin also led the Mountain Hawks at the spring-opening Savannah Intercollegiate.
Â
Navy's Chip Deegan, the individual medalist at the Patriot League Championship, was named Patriot League Player of the Year, with the Mids also capturing the Coaching Staff of the Year award. Loyola's Liam Moloney was selected as the Rookie of the Year.
