BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Led by four GPAs of over 3.9, Lehigh placed 12 members of the field hockey team on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, which was announced on Tuesday. Junior Abby Tilton led the Mountain Hawks with an impressive 3.98 GPA in the fall semester. The IDEAS (Integrated Degree in Engineering Arts and Sciences) major was followed close behind by three teammates, who also achieved better than a 3.9 this fall.

Following Tilton were seniors Lauren Cawley (3.94), Katey Fardelmann (3.92) and Lilia Stefaniwsky (3.90). Nine of Lehigh's 12 honor roll selections earned above a 3.5 for the semester.
All six Patriot League teams placed 10 or more student-athletes on the Academic Honor Roll list. American led the way with 18 followed by Bucknell (14) and Colgate (13). The Mountain Hawks came in fourth ahead of Lafayette (11) and Holy Cross (10).

To qualify for the honor roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the fall semester.
