Lehigh to face off with Villanova

Bethlehem, PA – The women’s tennis team returns home for a non-league match Wednesday to face Villanova. Lehigh is 8-4 overall, 0-1 in league play, while Villanova is 3-7 overall.

The Mountain Hawks are coming into this Wednesday’s match following a 5-2 loss at league foe American. In the match, Kristen Nowicki and Alina Kors managed the lone victories for the Brown & White. Nowicki earned her 11^th win at first singles, while Kors picked up a win at sixth singles. Nowicki needs just six more wins to better last year’s team high mark of 16 set by Jamie Fass.

Lehigh returns to action on Wednesday, April 2 in a league match vs. Lafayette. Doubles action will get underway at 3:00 p.m.
