Samson and Feinman receive All-League Honors

Lehigh junior Rachel Samson received All-Patriot League honors for her play in the 2002 spring season, with an impressive 8-4 record at the number one spot. Samson and her teammate Erica Feinman received First Team All-Patriot League honors for their doubles play in the 2002 spring season as well. Feinman, a senior team captain and four-year starter from Dix Hills, NY and Samson, of Milwaukee, WI recorded a season record of 12-5. Some of their most impressive victories for the season were defeats over Rutgers, Delaware, Binghamton and Bucknell. This is Feinman’s third first team All-Patriot League honor, having earned the title her sophomore and junior years as well. In the past, Samson earned All-Patriot League honors in singles and doubles, as well as winning the Patriot League individual championships as a freshman. Both women are leaders in the academic arena as Dean’s List students as well.
