Lehigh grabs a pair of wins

Bethlehem, PA – Lehigh (2-0) picked up a pair of victories in its first outing of the 2002 spring season recording a 5-2 win over Howard (0-1) and a 7-0 victory over Wagner (0-1). The Mountain Hawks lost only two singles matches against Howard and swept all nine matches in straight sets against Wagner. Strong outings from Alina Kors and Jaime Faas powered both wins for Lehigh. Kors and Faas were the only two Lehigh singles players to record victories in both matches. The All Patriot League doubles team of Rachel Samson and Erica Feinman recorded a pair of doubles wins as did the team of Faas and Kristen Mulstay. Lehigh returns to action when it hosts Rutgers at 3:30 in the Lewis Tennis Center. Singles vs. Howard
