Seven golfers named to Academic Honor Roll

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh placed seven student-athletes on the 2006 Patriot League Men’s Golf Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester, led by junior Alan Borowsky, who earned a 3.86 grade point average majoring in Spanish and philosophy. To be eligible for the honor roll, a student-athlete must obtain at least a 3.2 GPA and receive a varsity letter in his/her sport.

The Mountain Hawks seven honorees were second in the league behind Bucknell, which had eight. Juniors Ross Feldman, Jason Moloney and Max Muller, as well as freshmen Jon Abramson, Greg Feldman and Will Robinson joined Borowsky on the honor roll.

In all 32 men’s golf student-athletes were named to the Academic Honor Roll, led by Army sophomore Patrick Beverly, who was named Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
