Osborn wins PL Individual Championship

Annapolis, MD – Lehigh sophomore Bowen Osborn shot a two under 211 to win the Patriot League individual golf Championship this weekend. Osborn shot rounds of 70, 73, and 68 to garner Most Valuable Golfer honors and capture his first individual championship.
Despite winning the individual honors, Osborn was unable to lead Lehigh to a team championship as the Mountain Hawks finished third in the team standings behind Navy and Colgate. The Midshipmen finished first with an 889 and Colgate was not far behind at 892. The Mountain Hawks shot a 914 to finish ahead of Bucknell at 917.
The top ten individual finishers were selected to the All-Patriot League team with Osborn leading the way. Navy freshman Billy Hurley finished second overall with an even 213 and managed to lead his team to its second straight championship.
