Four golfers named to PL Academic Honor Roll

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh placed four student-athletes on the 2008 Patriot League Golf Academic Honor Roll, it was announced on Tuesday. A total of 38 golf student-athletes from around the league were honored, led by Navy’s Chris Renninger who was chosen as the Scholar Athlete of the Year. To be eligible for the honor roll, a student-athlete must obtain a 3.2 grade point average and be awarded a varsity letter.

Junior Will Robinson led Lehigh with a 3.92 grade point average during the 2008 spring semester. Shane Gilroy, Steve Suarez and Duncan Zeiders joined Robinson on the Honor Roll.
