Lehigh tied for 12th after day one of GW invite

BETHANY BEACH, Del. – Lehigh opened up its spring season on Friday afternoon at the George Washington Invitational and after one round of play the Mountain Hawks are tied for 12th place with a team score of 318. The host Colonials sit atop the leaderboard with a score of 301, followed by Bucknell and Penn, who both shot a 304, Rhode Island (305) and Maryland (306). Complete individual results are not available at this time, but will be posted upon their completion.

Round two action from Delaware will get underway at 8:00 AM on Saturday with the final 27 holes of competition.
