Lehigh finishes day two at Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA – Lehigh wrapped up its second day of competition at the Penn Relays on Friday.  Nick Ray had the top finish on the day for the Mountain Hawks, as the sophomore threw 15.83 meters in the shot put.  His distance was good for fifth overall and qualified him for the IC4A Outdoor Championships.

 

Also on the day, the men’s 4x400 meter relay team posted a seventh place finish among schools in Pennsylvania, with a time of 3:20.34.  Scott Robinson posted an eighth place finish in his heat of the 400 meter hurdles, with a time of 55.05, and the women’s distance medley came in seventh place in their heat, with a time of 4:09.79.

 

Lehigh will finish its competition at the Penn Relays tomorrow, and the team will also host the Lehigh Games on the Goodman Campus.
