Lehigh finishes final day of Bison Outdoor Classic

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Lehigh finished its final day of competition at the Bison Outdoor Classic on Saturday at Bucknell.  No team scores were recorded, but Lehigh had several strong finishes, led by Scott Robinson, who took first place in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 53.31 seconds.  Robinson also had a fourth place finish in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 14.85 seconds.

 

Nick Ray came in second place in the shot put, throwing 15.88 meters.  Khalil Uqdah also had a second place finish, clearing 4.65 meters in the pole vault.  In the men’s running event, Kyle Manning came in fourth place in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:53.92.

 

On the women’s side, Sarah Serwo had a third place finish in the 800 meter run, crossing the finish line in 2:12.55.  Theresa Fromm also had a top-five finish, placing fifth in the 100 meter hurdles, with a time of 15.29 seconds.

 

The teams return to action next weekend when they travel to Princeton for the Larry Ellis Invitational on Friday.
