Eric Markovcy
Eric Markovcy graduated Suma Cum Laude from East Stroudsburg University with an undergraduate and graduate degree in Exercise Physiology.  He now aspires to pursue his Doctorate.  Eric not only brings a great background of science to Lehigh Strength, speed and conditioning, he is also a tremendous athlete.

As an athlete, Eric holds numerous drug free national power lifting records.  He has won four drug free national power lifting titles.  Eric played linebacker at East Stroudsburg University where he started as a freshman and was awarded All-Freshman honors.  This success in the weight room, and on the playing field has helped Eric garner the type of praise from athletes and coaches alike that you rarely see in a young trainer.

Eric has worked with Lehigh University as the Strength, Speed and Conditioning Coach since 2003.  Along with Ed Ruisz, Eric trains 14 varsity programs.

Eric also brings a great knowledge of sports nutrition to the table.  He played a huge part in writing the Lehigh University Nutrition Handbook.  He works diligently to educate Lehigh's student-athletes on the importance of nutrition.

Overall, Eric Markovcy's combination of knowledge, athletic ability, experience and youth provides him with all of the tools to make you a better athlete.
