Vinall Promoted To Associate Coach

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Assistant women's lacrosse coach Emma Vinall has been promoted to Associate Coach, head coach Jill Redfern announced Monday afternoon.

"Emma is a highly accomplished Patriot League player. Her values align with our team culture and her impact on our players' development is obvious," said head coach Jill Redfern. "We are proud to have her as a member of our staff."

Vinall is coming off of her third season on staff after a decorated playing career at American from 2018-2022. She serves as the offensive coordinator and draw team coach.

The Mountain Hawks have made the Patriot League Tournament in each of Vinall's years on staff. The Fairfax, Va. native helped coach 13 All-Patriot League selections in her time in Bethlehem, including the 2024 Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year Hayley Hunt.

Vinall coached All-Patriot League attackers in Molly Snow '27, Gabby Schneider '24, Olivia Memeger '24 and Emma Eberhardt '24 along with draw control specialist Cassie Marte '24. Marte holds the draw control record, securing 303 over her career.

Under her leadership, Lehigh qualified for the Patriot League tournament all three years, making it to the semifinals twice. The Mountain Hawks concluded the 2025 campaign 6-10 and 3-6 in Patriot League play, falling to Navy in the Patriot League Tournament quarterfinals.
