"We are delighted to add Matt Guidon to our coaching staff as our third assistant and believe he will be a great addition to our program,” said head coach Dean Koski. “The demands of a Division I program in the areas of coaching, player development, recruiting, reviewing film, camps, ID clinics and the myriad of administrative duties require us to be fully staffed in order to be highly effective in the execution of these duties.

“Matt's collegiate playing background and genuine interest in pursuing coaching as a career makes him an ideal person to bring into the Lehigh family,” continued Koski. “He has already fully immersed himself into the program and I am looking forward to not only his contributions, but to mentoring him as well.”
