Joseph D. Sterrett Graduating Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award
This is the department's most prestigious award. Established in 1994, the Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award goes to the individual who epitomizes the ideals of a true Lehigh scholar-athlete: self-awareness and the ability to achieve balance academically, athletically, socially and emotionally, consistent evidence of integrity, and the discipline to adhere to keystone behaviors, distinctive levels of competitiveness, toughness, and a team first mentality, resulting in exemplary scholarship, athletic achievement and a commitment to serving others.
