In 2016-17: Wrestled three bouts at Shorty Hitchcock Memorial classic, going 1-2.
 
In 2015-16: Wrestled seven bouts posting 4-3 record… made varsity dual debut versus American… pinned Bloomsburg’s Mathew Carr for first dual win… went 3-2 with a pin at Shorty Hitchcock Memorial Classic.
 
In 2014-15: Joined wrestling program in fall… went 4-5 competing in Wilkes Open, Shorty Hitchcock Classic and Edinboro Open… earned win by fall at Wilkes Open.
 
In 2013-14: Was a member of the Lehigh baseball team. Walked on to the wrestling team in the fall of 2014.
 
In secondary school: Four-year letter winner in baseball and wrestling…  2013 LVC and District XI Scholar-Athlete of the Year in wrestling… 2012 district and regional champion… state qualifier… helped lead Whitehall to LVC title and District XI runner-up finish in baseball as a senior… member of the LV Carpenter Cup team from 2010-12 and a 2013 LVIAC Baseball Student-Athlete nominee… held a 4.2 grade point average and was a member of the National Honor Society, Math and Spanish National Honor Society and Peer Mediation.


Personal: Son of Mark and Catherine Bonshak… siblings Erinn (23), Ryan (20), Cara (16) and Ryuta (22)… sister Erinn ’14 played field hockey at Lehigh while Ryan ’18 is on the baseball team.
