Circuit Training Program
Interested in changing up your workout routine? Then our Circuit Training Program is for you! Join us for 45 minute small group training sessions in our 5th floor fitness room. Our personal trainers will design varying circuits using equipment such as ropes, med balls, sand bags, plyo boxes, suspension trainers, kettle bells, and more! Maximize the time you put into your workout by achieving the maximum results in the shortest amount of time through this High Intensity Interval Training!
