Lehigh Wraps Up Play at Bermuda Triangle Collegiate

SOUTHAMPTON, Bermuda – Lehigh closed out the Bermuda Triangle Collegiate with a second straight round of 324 Tuesday at Port Royal Golf Course. The Mountain Hawks finished the two-day, 54-hole event with a score of 967 (319-324-324) to finish seventh in an 11-team field.
Sophomore Reese Hannon led the way for the Mountain Hawks, claiming 13th place at 234 (77-82-75). Hannon made two birdies in Tuesday's 75, which was the low round of the tournament for Lehigh.
First-year Sienna Mosquera, one of Lehigh's two individuals, was Lehigh's No. 2 finisher, tying for 21st place at 239 (80-81-78). The Bermuda native made one birdie Tuesday, playing on her home course.
Sophomore Alana Hall and first-year Alisia Ren tied for 28th place at 241. Ren went 79-84-78 over three rounds, while Hall shot 79-76-86.
First-year Bridget Yu finished at 255 (84-82-89), tying for 53rd place. Yu made one birdie in her final round.
Junior Stefania Fedun finished in 58th place at 258 (87-86-85). Classmate Bella Scanapicco made one birdie in her final round 86 and finished in a tie for 63rd place at 267 (91-90-86).
Stetson rolled to the team title with four of the top five finishers and a final score of 900. UAlbany and Wofford tied for second place 32 strokes behind. Stetson's Isaki Sakashita was the individual medalist at 223, one stroke better than teammate Ailsa Brannock.
Lehigh will return to action at the Rutgers Invitational, April 11-12 in Piscataway, N.J.
