BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh women's wrestling's home debut as a varsity program was a rousing success. The Mountain Hawks hosted a tri-meet Thursday inside Leeman-Turner Arena at Grace Hall, defeating Delaware State 33-14 and East Stroudsburg 27-17 in front of a crowd of 588.

Audrey Jimenez (110), Aubre Krazer (131) and Mary Manis (138) all went 2-0 on the day as Lehigh improved its season dual record to 9-0.

Lehigh won seven of the 10 weight classes and five of the seven contested bouts against Delaware State.

The dual began with a forfeit to Hattie Mack at 103 before Jimenez needed just 56 seconds to defeat Milena Chavarria 10-0 at 110.

After a Delaware State victory at 117, Alexa Ciliotta delivered the first of Lehigh's three pins against the Hornets, with a forfeit to Krazer giving Lehigh a 19-4 lead at the midway point.

Manis started the second half of the dual with a 10-0 technical fall over Kylee Gaddy at 3:50 and Angelina Jiang (160) and Genevieve An (180) added pins for the Mountain Hawks to put the dual away.

Lehigh's second dual against East Stroudsburg saw the Mountain Hawks fall behind 3-1 after 103, but technical fall victories by Jimenez and Abbi Cooper (117) staked Lehigh to a 9-4 lead.

ESU's Savannah Tittelback edged Ciliotta 8-6 at 124 before Lehigh rolled off four consecutive wins to take control of the dual. Krazer started the run with a second period tech fall over Gianna Amendola and Manis followed with her second tech of the day. Sydney Thompson followed Manis with a dominant 11-0 tech fall in just 84 seconds and Cameron Millsapps provided the exclamation point with a first period pin of Jade Huerta at 160.

Next up for the Mountain Hawks will be the Gannon Women's Wrestling Duals, Saturday in Erie, Pa.
