
Levy and Wenger Named to CSC Academic All-District Team

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Lehigh men's soccer's Noah Levy and Beckett Wenger were both named to College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team, as announced Tuesday afternoon.
The Academic All-District teams, selected by the College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. To be eligible for the team, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or better and be a starter or key reserve.
This is the second straight season Levy and Wenger landed on the CSC Academic All-District team.Â
Levy had a breakout season in the Brown and White, earning third team All-Patriot League honors after playing in 15 games with 15 starts. Levy anchored a midfield unit that helped record three shutouts. The junior captain played 1,292 minutes. Levy holds a 3.74 GPA in accounting.Â
Wenger also had a fantastic season for the Mountain Hawks, playing in all 19 games with 18 starts. Levy tallied a career-high nine points, the second-most on the team, after scoring three goals while dishing out three assists. Levy scored the game-winning goal in the 2-1 win over Lafayette, which helped clinch a spot in the Patriot League Tournament for the Mountain Hawks. Wenger carries a 3.63 GPA in mechanical engineering and mechanics.Â
The Mountain Hawks finished the season with a 6-10-3 overall record and a 4-4-1 league record. Lehigh ended its season with a 2-1 loss to Colgate in the Patriot League quarterfinals.
