After a scoreless first inning, the Mountain Hawks got on the board first when junior Riley Davis singled up the middle to score sophomore Andrew Kohl to take a 1-0 lead. The Tigers countered with a run of their own when Bryce Frederick scored on a wild pitch to knot the game at 1-1 after two innings.
In the third, sophomore Rafe Perich singled up the middle to score junior Tyler Young, giving Lehigh back the lead, 2-1, but it would be the last run the Mountain Hawks would get across the plate.
