2024 (JUNIOR SEASON)
Second Team All-Patriot League… Academic All-Patriot League… 3x Patriot League Player of the Week (3/5, 3/19, 4/9)… Played and started in 42 games… Hit a team-best .382 with a team-leading 58 hits, 41 RBIs, 11 doubles, six home runs and 32 runs scored… Drew 34 walks, was hit by one pitch and stole four bases… 1.064 OPS, .572 slugging percentage and a .492 on base percentage, all of which led Lehigh… Struck out seven batters with a .167 batting average against in 4.2 innings pitched on the mound… Had 17 multi-hit games, including five games of 3+ hits… Hit 2-2 with three RBIs, a double, a home run, four walks and two runs scored in win over Delaware (2/27)… Hit 4-5 with two RBIs, a home run and three runs scored against Mount St. Mary’s (3/8)… Hit 4-5 with two RBIs and a double in win over Saint Peter’s (3/15)… Hit 4-6 with four RBIs, a double and three runs scored in win over Saint Peter’s (3/17)… Hit 2-3 with four RBIs, one run scored and the go-ahead grand slam in win over rival Lafayette (3/22)… Hit 4-4 with two RBIs, a home run and two runs scored in win over Delaware State (3/26)… Hit 3-4 against Navy (4/21)… Struck out two batters and allowed no runs or hits in to earn the save against Queens (3/3)… Named to Patriot League Honor Roll…

A standout sophomore campaign saw Perich produce a .307 batting average with 62 hits, and team-leading 19 doubles, also second in program history, with six home runs for 47 RBIs and 37 runs scored... Recorded 17 multi-hit games, with eight of those games with at least three hits... Boasted two separate 4-for-5 performances, the first saw four RBIs with a double, a walk and a run scored (2/25) and the other was a three RBI outing with four runs scored against Saint Peter's (3/18)... Plated five runners in a 3-for-5 outing against Manhattan with a homer, a double with two runs scored (3/4)...Tied for second for doubles in a single season with his final hit of the season against Holy Cross (5/7)... Made his first start of his career of the mound with his seven appearances this season and two saves... Earned his first save of the year when he recorded the final out by strikeout against The Citadel (2/26) and was credited with the save against Manhattan after throwing 1.0 inning with a strikeout and a couple of walks... His longest outing came against Villanova where he tossed 1.1 innings with a strikeout, two walks and three hits for three runs (3/28)...
2022 (FIRST-YEAR SEASON)
Started in all 21 games that he appeared in before being sidelined for an injury, finishing with a .329 batting average with 27 hits, two doubles and three home runs with 14 RBIs and 15 runs scored with 12 walks... Tallied eight multi-hit performances including going 2-for-4 in his collegiate debut and followed that up with a 3-for-4 performance with a double and two runs scored (2/18-19)... Boasted a 3-for-4 performance with three RBIs with a home run and two runs scored against St. Bonaventure (3/19)...In his last game of the season, he went 3-for-5 with a double and a run scored against rival Lafayette (3/26)... Made four appearances on the mound, throwing a total of 2.0 innings with four strikeouts... Struck out two batters in a one inning outing against Saint Peter's (3/16) and his longest outing of 1.1 innings against St. Bonaventure (3/19)...
BEFORE LEHIGH
Perich brings pop and potential to an already stacked Lehigh lineup in 2022 after a fantastic career at Northwestern Lehigh. Just the second switch-hitter in the lineup next to Gerard Sweeney, Perich was a First Team All-Area pick in three straight years (2019-21). Perich helped lead Northwestern Lehigh to a district runner-up finish in 2019, 2020 and 2021, while winning the league in his senior season. According to Perfect Game, Perich is ranked 37th overall in Pennsylvania, including fourth amongst shortstops. His father Josh is a former assistant coach at Lehigh and was an 11th round draft pick by the New York Mets out of high school in 1998.
