Lehigh To Close Out Fall Season At West Point Invite

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh women's tennis team will close out the fall season this weekend at the West Point Invite, hosted by Army at the Lichtenberg Tennis Center.
The Mountain Hawks will be busy Saturday and Sunday, competing against five other teams in a hidden dual format.
Six Mountain Hawks competed at the ITA Regionals in Philadelphia Oct. 1-3. Juniors Ella Imhof and Junmoke James and freshmen Hamsa Javagal and Allyce Gaborik all posted singles victories while Imhof and James and Javagal and sophomore Rachel Buchinsky each earned one doubles win.
Lehigh's last full-squad event was the Lehigh Invitational Oct. 25-26. The Mountain Hawks played singles and doubles against Colgate, Army and Fairfield in their home invite and Lehigh will see the Black Knights and Stags again this weekend.
This weekend, Lehigh will open the West Point Invite with doubles against St. Bonaventure Saturday at 10 a.m. The Mountain Hawks will play singles matches against Fairfield at 12:30 Saturday and then will face Marist in singles at 3:30 p.m. Sunday's final day includes doubles against Sacred Heart at 10 a.m. and doubles against Army at noon.
