19 Mountain Hawks Named to Swimming and Diving Patriot League Honor Roll

PATRIOT LEAGUE RELEASE
BETHLEHEM, Pa. – An impressive total of 19 members of the Lehigh women's swimming and diving team have been named to the 2017 Winter/Spring Patriot League Honor Roll as the league released its list of swimming and diving honorees on Monday. To be eligible for the honor roll, a student-athlete must have a 3.20 or higher grade-point average during the academic semester which coincides with his or her sport.
The Lehigh women increased their count from 14 student-athletes on last year's list of Honor Roll honorees and even added a 4.0 term to the list of accomplishments for 2017. All-Patriot League and Academic All-Patriot League performer Kaitlyn Ruffing capped off her career at LU with a 4.0 term in the spring semester.
Both Patriot League Champions, Payton Miles and Meghan Thompson, achieved Honor Roll status. Sydney Bornstein, Kelly Carroll, Courtney Ferreira and Julianne Koch joined Ruffing, Miles and Thompson as all seven of Lehigh's All-Patriot League performers were named to the Honor Roll.
Of the 19 honorees, 13 student-athletes achieved a GPA of 3.40 or better for the spring semester.
