STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Freshman Matt Kravitz finished runner-up among Division I runners in the mile, setting a personal best with his time of 4:09.73. The mark was 5.02 seconds faster than his winning time in the same event at last weekend's Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet. The reining Patriot League Rookie of the Week's time was also good enough qualify him for the IC4As.

The Mountain Hawks also recorded strong showings from their distance runners in the 5K, led by junior Patrick Reilly (14:47.77) in fifth place overall, with senior Alexander Fitzgerald (15:10.89) in seventh.

Junior Fritz Isaac finished eighth overall in the 60 meter hurdles, completing the race in 8.36 seconds. He reached the finals by placing eighth overall in the prelims, second in his heat, with a time of 8.59.

Junior Michael Camera (7.29) and Isaac (7.45) both competed in the prelims of the 60m dash, and Camera also placed 14th among Division I runners in the 200 meter dash by finishing first in his heat and setting a new personal record with a time of 22.89 seconds. Senior Christopher Del Rossi was 13th in Division I in the 400m dash, finishing in a season-best 50.64 seconds.

In the mid-distance events, junior Christopher Mascetti finished the 800m run 13th in D1 in 1:58.87 to lead the Mountain Hawks. Junior John Tolbert placed 13th in D1 in the mile with a season-best time of 4:22.66.
