LEWISBURG, Pa. – Sophomore Hanna Brosky hit an IC4A/ECAC qualifying mark and a new PR with her win in the 500 meter run Friday night at the Bucknell Tune-Up. In all, the Lehigh women's track and field team picked up three wins, six second place finishes and several personal records in their final meet before next weekend's Patriot League Championships.

Lehigh swept the top two spots in both the 500 meter and one mile runs, featuring Brosky (1:15.76) and Rachel Okun (1:18.58) finishing one-two in the 500, and Clare Severe (PR-5:03.71) and Marissa Karl (5:04.11) doing the same in the mile. Stephanie Hayes rounded out the top five in her mile with a new personal-best time of 5:10.18.

Hannah Leskow grabbed another victory and set a new PR (2:58.45) with her performance in the 1,000 meter run, where Laura Barnes followed closely behind in third (PR-3:00.09).

Maura Henderson and Katie Hatler both registered runner-up performances for Lehigh, with Henderson crossing the line second in the 800 meter run (PR-2:17.68), and Hatler in the 60m hurdles (8.89). Ann O'Connell and Brenna Clark also competed in the 800 meter, taking fifth and sixth places, respectively, while setting new indoor PRs.

Liyala Dickens tallied a fifth place finish to lead the Mountain Hawks in the 200 meter dash (PR-26.41). In the 400 meter dash, Lehigh placed fourth-thru-sixth with Lindsay Voltz (1:00.70), Natalie Jacobs (1:01.01) and Kristen Lavallee (1:01.03) all setting new indoor personal records. Jennifer Burke was Lehigh's lone rep in the 3,000 meter run, setting a new PR of 10:45.95 while placing seventh.

In the throws, Courtney Avery and Brittany Le Jouan were part of a three-way tie atop the leaderboard of the high jump at 1.65m, with Avery finishing second in the tiebreaker and Le Jouan placing third.

Michaela Bubak and Amanda Youngblood landed in the top three of the weight throw with strong performances, with Bubak placing runner-up at 15.75 meters and Youngblood finishing one spot behind in third. Later, Youngblood took seventh place in the shot put (11.40m), finishing one spot behind teammate Nia Baker, who tossed a team-best 11.57m.

In the pole vault, freshman Kaitlyn Toman vaulted her way to fourth place following a tiebreaker at 3.30m. Noreen Byrne took seventh in the triple jump (10.55m) and Sarah Cassidy took eighth place overall in the long jump, setting a new indoor PR at 5.08 meters.

Lehigh will now look towards the Patriot League Indoor Championships, which will begin next Friday, Feb. 19 in Boston, Mass.
