Patterson earns Patriot League Female Swimmer of the Week honors

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Following an impressive showing against Loyola, junior Courtney Patterson has been named Patriot League Female Swimmer of the Week, as announced on Monday. Patterson won three events against the Greyhounds on Saturday to lead her squad to a resounding 186-108 win.

Patterson finished first in the 1,000 freestyle with a time of 10:35.93 then continued with first-place finishes in the 500 freestyle (5:09.59) and 200 IM (2:11.93). She also competed in the 200 medley relay. Lehigh won 13-of-14 swimming events on the afternoon.

Patterson and the Mountain Hawks will return to action on Saturday when they travel to Bucknell to face the Bison. The meet will begin at 1 p.m.
