BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh men's soccer team was predicted to finish tenth in the 2014 Patriot League preseason poll, as voted on by the league's head coaches and sports information directors. Navy, the 2013 league champion, was projected to win the league with 161 points and 17 first-place votes.
Army garnered 143 points and two first-place votes and was projected to finish second in the league. Bucknell (118 points), American (109), Holy Cross (100), Boston University (85), Lafayette (57), Loyola (56), Colgate (51) and Lehigh (20) rounded out the poll.
The Mountain Hawks begin the 2014 campaign against Manhattan on August 29 at the Ulrich Sports Complex. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
