Koski announces addition of Deming to coaching staff

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh men's soccer head coach Dean Koski has announced the addition of Matt Deming to the Mountain Hawk staff. Deming will serve as the volunteer assistant goalkeeper coach.
"We are delighted to have Matt Deming join our coaching staff and believe he will be a terrific addition to our staff and program," said Koski. "His expertise and experience as a goalkeeper coach will really help in our development and training of our keepers."
Prior to joining the Lehigh coaching staff, Deming was a graduate assistant coach at Lock Haven University from 2011-2013. Deming assisted with all facets of the program and helped guide the Bald Eagles to a regular-season league championship in 2011. He was also a coach for the Arsenal Soccer Club in Pittsburgh from 2008-11 following a one-year stint as a student assistant coach at Lock Haven in 2008.
Deming played collegiate soccer at Lock Haven from 2003 to 2007. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management with a concentration in fitness management in 2008 before earning a Master's in Sports Administration in 2011. Deming is originally from Pittsburgh, Pa.
The Mountain Hawks begin the 2014 campaign against Manhattan on August 29 at the Ulrich Sports Complex. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
