More weather-related schedule changes for Lehigh women's tennis

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Inclement weather has once again forced the postponement of Lehigh's scheduled women's tennis match at Loyola Wednesday afternoon. No make-up date has been announced as the Patriot League contest between the Mountain Hawks and Greyhounds was postponed for the second time.

What was supposed to be a busy week for Lehigh has opened up as the Mountain Hawks have dropped from three matches on the schedule to just one. Tuesday's scheduled match at Bucknell was rescheduled for Monday April 7.

The Mountain Hawks (4-8 overall, 0-1 Patriot League) will return to action Thursday at 3:30 p.m. against Monmouth inside the Lewis Tennis Center. Monmouth is 1-1 this spring and is coming off a 5-2 win over Wagner on Tuesday. The Hawks also went 3-6 during a busy fall season.

Next week will now be a busy one for the Mountain Hawks who after visiting Bucknell on Monday will host rival Lafayette on Tuesday. Lehigh will also visit Navy for a Patriot League match on Thursday before returning home to host Colgate on Saturday.
