Lehigh's opener vs. Wagner postponed for a second time

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Lehigh women's lacrosse team will have to wait a little longer to open its season as the Mountain Hawks' season opener versus Wagner has been postponed for a second time. The teams still hope to make up the contest but a date and time is still to be determined.

The game was originally scheduled for Saturday February 15 but was postponed to Wednesday due to last week's winter storm. Wednesday's rescheduled contest was postponed due to unplayable field conditions at the Ulrich Sports Complex after the Lehigh Valley was hit with additional freezing rain Wednesday morning.

If the Lehigh-Wagner game is not made up in the next two days, the Mountain Hawks will open their season Saturday against Mount St. Mary's at 1 p.m. at the Ulrich Sports Complex.
