Lehigh soccer teams to offer FREE SoccerFest clinics on Sunday

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh University soccer teams will host a FREE SoccerFest clinic on Sunday, December 9 inside Rauch Fieldhouse for the second-consecutive week. All boys and girls soccer players ages 5-12 are invited to attend. Participants are not required to pre-register and are welcome to register at the door between 11:30-11:45 a.m. as the clinic will begin at 12 p.m.
The clinic run from 12-2 p.m. and kids will be introduced to soccer skills, movements and activities designed to make the game fun for all ages. No previous soccer experience is required.
SoccerFest will feature players and coaches from the Lehigh men's and women's programs who will bring a wealth of knowledge including Division I coaching and playing experience. Attendees only need to bring sneakers, a water bottle and a soccer ball (optional).
"This is a great opportunity for young kids to interact with our college players and coaches while enjoying learning new soccer skills, new moves and new games", said Lehigh men's soccer head coach Dean Koski. "Most importantly, this is free for all families so we hope everyone will feel welcome."
Parents are encouraged to stay and attend the clinic to learn about the benefits of recreational soccer for boys and girls.
