Mountain Hawks picked fourth in preseason poll

The Mountain Hawks return six players from last year’s team, including senior captain Alexis Jacobi and second team all-league performer Julie Arthofer.
Defending champion Army topped the poll with 49 points and nine of a possible 12 first place votes. Bucknell tallied 40 points and two first place votes, while Colgate earned the remaining first place votes. Lehigh is followed in the poll by Lafayette and Holy Cross.
Army will host the Patriot League tournament April 18-20 at
The Mountain Hawks will open their 2007 spring season on Saturday when they host a tri-meet with Radford and Marist. Lehigh will meet Radford at 10 a.m. before closing the day against Marist at 4 p.m.
