BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Lehigh will play a nationally televised game, when it travels to Bucknell to take on the Bison on Friday, November 2. The game will air on the Fox Soccer Channel, with coverage beginning at 8:00 PM. Fox Soccer Channel is located on Service Electric dial position 164 in the Lehigh Valley.
This will be the first meeting between the two teams since last season’s Patriot League Tournament match in Bethlehem. The Bison emerged victorious that day, but the Brown and White earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament, making its way to the round of 16, before being knocked off by top seeded Duke. It marked the furthest any Lehigh team has ever advanced in the NCAA Tournament.
The Mountain Hawks come into the season ranked No. 16 in the College Soccer News Top 30 and No. 19 in the NSCAA/Adidas Top 25. They open up regular season play on September 1, when Drexel visits the Ulrich Sports Complex at 7:00 PM.
