Lehigh places ten on baseball honor roll

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh placed ten student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for baseball, announced by the league on Monday. A total of 54 baseball student-athletes from around the league were honored, led by Army’s Tyler Anderegg who was chosen as the Scholar-Athlete of the Year. To be eligible for the honor roll, a student-athlete must obtain a 3.2 grade point average and be awarded a varsity letter.
The Mountain Hawks were led by junior infielder Patrick Groome, who posted a 3.80 GPA as a double major in finance and accounting. Sophomore Billy Goldman was next with a 3.70 as a business major. Others named to the honor roll include seniors Mark Bernhard and Geoff Campbell, juniors Greg Angelo, Andrew Berger, and Jordan Warncke, and sophomores Austin Borden, Brendan Pifer and Luke Porter.
